I’m Robbyn!
Currently, I am a commercial loan assistant with nearly 6 years of experience in banking. I got my first job in banking as a teller in 2019. I enjoyed the teller line, but before long I was lucky enough to find myself in an office as a financial sales representative. While in this role, I enjoyed building rapport with my customers and assisting them with their financial needs.
It was during this time that I began working towards my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. I took some classes in the evenings after work and others online. Needless to say, I was pretty busy!
In 2022, I had the opportunity to visit the Customer Experience Lab at the bank I was working at. Here, associates worked directly with the user to solve problems with current products as well as design and test new products! It was here that I really learned what the user experience was and how important it was for a business to succeed. I was hooked!
Fast forward to a few years later, I moved from Oklahoma to Idaho, got married, completed a certificate from Google in User Experience Design and am working towards my Master’s degree in User Experience!
I enjoy solving problems for the user and am passionate about design. I appreciate a clear objective, with a deadline, to work towards. I also like to see projects get completed, even if I am handing them off to another team member for completion. I pride myself to having a strong work ethic, not letting any speed bumps get in my way.
